Our company registration number is 09459753 and our registered office is at 20-22 WENLOCK ROAD, LONDON, ENGLAND, N1 7GU. Our registered VAT number is GB238040332. We do not operate from this Registered Address and returns cannot be accepted here, please see our Returns Policy for our Trading Address.

1.18 How we may contact you. If we have to contact you we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the email address or postal address you provided to us in your order.

1.19 Ubervape Ltd is a subsidiary of Vapeserve Ltd. Ubervape Ltd solely operates from our brick-and-mortar store at Bar Ubervape, 159 Hatfield Road, St. Albans, Herts, AL1 4LB. Any purchases made via Ubervape.co.uk will be a contract of sale with Vapeserve Ltd.

Age Verification

1.20 Vapeserve Ltd t/a Ubervape.co.uk will require an Age Verification Check prior to dispatching the order. This check will usually only be checked upon your first transaction. By default this will be achieved an electronic multi-layered identity screening. Vapeserve have partnered with LexisNexis® IDU®, by completing the transaction you are agreeing to Vapeserve Ltd to complete this ID check and this search will lead to an ID check footprint.

1.21 If an IDU check fails, we will contact you for further evidence as Proof of Age. This will be in the form of a Drivers License/Permit, Passport or National Identity Card. Proof of Residence may also be require to ensure this matches the address provided in the transaction. If we fail to verify your are of legal age to purchase the goods in question the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued immediately.

1.22 If you do not wish for Vapeserve Ltd to perform an electronic ID check, please inform us prior to placing the order and we will advise on the best way to proceed with an Age Verification check manually.

 

Law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.

The warranty and manufacturers guarantee on all products sold are only valid with the entire original packaging that comes with the purchased item - including any outer sleeves and warranty cards.

Product listings, including images, specifications and descriptions are provided at the best of our ability to represent the truest information of the product. Many product images or descriptions are provided or dictated to us by the manufacturer, to which we have no option to alter or change. Product titles and their subsequent variants/options are the primary indicator to identify the product. Some information on the listing, such as Product Codes, EAN, UPC, GTIN, SKU, etc. are for internal use only. Images are for illustrative purposes only.

Any attempt at drop shipping via our website, where the recipient is unaware of the transaction is strictly prohibited.

Cooling Agents
A large number of e-liquids contain a small quantity of cooling agent as a flavour enhancement - most often with fruit based flavours. If this is not a prominent flavour within the flavour profile this may not be mentioned. Ubervape are advised by the manufacturers to use the flavour profile descriptions provided to us. If you are particularly sensitive to cooling agents or would like to know the ingredients of the e-liquid please contact Ubervape prior to placing the order.

Prices, Price Adjustments & Tax
Prices online include UK VAT at 20.00% are inclusive of delivery charges. VAT applies to Great Britain & Northern Ireland. For VAT exempt UK islands, you must select the Delivery Country for the VAT to be removed (i.e. Jersey, Guernsey, etc.). If you complete the transaction with United Kingdom selected and full VAT paid, we will not be able to issue a refund of the 20.00% UK VAT. Ubervape cannot take telephone orders for VAT exempt destinations; orders must be placed online using  Debit/Credit Card transactions.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Ubervape reserves the right to amend any pricing errors displayed due to human error, computer malfunction or other reason. Ubervape will notify you of any error in pricing and you may elect to not purchase any Good/s where the price has been corrected.

If you place a promotional order without including a promotion, voucher or discount (Including 44TEN) you are not entitled to a price adjustment unless you contact us before the order is dispatched. Ubervape may fulfill any price adjustments within 30 days but are not required to do so. No price adjustments will be made after 30 days after the order date.

Ubervape UK reserve the right discontinue, remove, freeze or reduce the value of active Loyalty Points and the Loyalty Point Scheme. Any orders placed with improper use of Loyalty Points may be cancelled, in which case Ubervape UK will contact you and refund any funds paid on that order. The Loyalty Points Scheme excludes the IQOS Precision Vaping ranges IQOS VEEV & IQOS MESH.

Website/Price Errors
Ubervape endeavour to present the most recent, most accurate and most reliable information on our website and app at all times. However, there may be occasions when some of the information featured may contain incomplete data, typographical errors or other inaccuracies. Ubervape try to ensure that all pricing on the website and app is accurate but occasionally an error may occur and goods may be incorrectly priced. Any errors are wholly unintentional and we apologies if erroneous information is reflected in the price or availability.

Ubervape will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price. We present our content "as is" and make no claims to its accuracy, either expressed or implied. We reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice.

Ubervape have made every effort to display the products featured as accurately as possible. However, the colours we use, as well as the display and colour capabilities of the equipment you use to view our website and app, may affect the colours you actually see on the screen. Some images are used solely for illustrative purposes only. We cannot guarantee that your equipment's display of any colour, texture or detail of products will be accurate/the same as the actual product.
